Poland’s Ministry of Finance has announced the indefinite postponement of the e-invoicing mandate, originally set for July 2024, due to significant errors in the KSeF system. The Minister of Finance highlighted technical challenges and critical errors in the system, prompting the need for an external audit to assess its functionality. The final implementation date will depend on the audit results, and the Ministry will increase consultations with businesses. Ensuring the proper functionality of the KSeF system is the priority to secure economic turnover and prevent issues for taxpayers.
