The Estonian Ministry of Finance has proposed a draft law to promote the use of e-invoices in B2B transactions. The law is expected to take effect on January 1, 2025. It will allow businesses to request e-invoices following the European Standard for e-invoicing from their suppliers. The draft law is currently under discussion and will need to go through the legislative process before being approved.
