List of airlines deemed to meet the condition of VAT exemption

The list of airlines deemed to meet the condition of exemption from value added tax provided for in 4° of II of article 262 of the general tax code , published on October 4, 2023, is supplemented by the names of two companies, ASL Airlines France and IXAIR. These two companies are deemed to meet the exemption condition retroactively, as of October 4, 2023.
