- Bulgaria’s Tax Authority National Revenue Agency (NRA) now requires mandatory preliminary declaration of data on the transportation of high fiscal risk goods within the country.
- This applies to movement of such goods within the EU and from third countries into Bulgaria.
- The declaration must be made through the E-Services Portal using a qualified electronic signature.
- The NRA system generates a unique transportation number which must be communicated to the driver, carrier, or transport organizer.
- The test environment for data submission will be available after November 13, 2023.
