- The Polish Ministry of Finance has announced a draft amendment that includes changes to the scope of the K SeF number in tax returns starting from July 2024.
- The amendment aims to shorten the VAT refund deadlines by 20 days, require the inclusion of the KSeF number in the JPK file if assigned, and introduce special markings for invoices issued during a failure or unavailability of KSeF.
- The changes are expected to be implemented in the first operational stage of the KSeF obligation on 1 July 2024.
- The draft amendment is currently open for public consultation until 14 November 2023.
