Three theatres in Brabant are allowed to tax the alcoholic break drinks included in an entrance ticket at the low VAT rate of 9 percent, according to the Court of Appeal in Den Bosch. There is one achievement, according to the court, which thus overturns an earlier judgment of the Court of Breda.
