- Peru’s Tax Administration (SAT) has delayed the requirement for electronic record-keeping of Sales and Income Registry and Purchase Registry.
- Resolution No. 000204/2023 postpones the mandatory maintenance of RVI and RC via SIRE until January 2024 for taxpayers in the General Income Tax Regime.
- Taxpayers in the Special Income Tax Regime and MYPE tax Regime must comply with the new regulations from October 2023.
