- The roll-out timeline for Slovakia’s B2G e-invoicing CTC project has been delayed once again, with the latest update indicating a postponement to Q1 2024.
- All state and public bodies in Slovakia, as well as entrepreneurs supplying them with goods and services, will eventually be required to exchange e-invoices.
- The new timeline, as stated on the Government’s e-invoicing website, is as follows: Q1 2024 for the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic and Datacentrum and its suppliers, budget organizations of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic (including the Financial Administration of the Slovak Republic), and other government and public administration entities.
- The engagement of entrepreneurs for transactions with government and public administration institutions is also included in the timeline. However, these dates are subject to change.
