The Romanian Ministry of Finance has published a Draft Bill calling for the mandatory issuance and reporting of electronic invoices through the RO e-Factura system as of January 1, 2024, although a grace period of three months (January 1, 2024 – March 31, 2024) has been defined for companies that fail to comply with the regulation.
