Regulation of the Minister of Finance on cases of properly documented supplies of goods or services in which the taxpayer is not obliged to issue structured invoices
The Polish Ministry of Finance has opened a new public consultation to get feedback on exempting certain supplies from the 1 July 2024 commencement date (for B2B transactions).
