Did you receive invoices with VAT from other EU member states in 2022? Then you can reclaim that foreign VAT. You must submit this request before 30 September. submit via the portal of the Dutch tax authorities. To be able to submit this request, you need login details. If you do not have one yet, you must apply for it as soon as possible because it may take a few weeks before the tax authorities provide this information. It is not wise to wait until the last minute to submit the refund request.
