The Tax Authorities of the Republic of Srpska (TA) have published the first rulebook in the area of fiscalization regarding the new fiscal system that was first announced as an upcoming change last year. The Rulebook was published in the “Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska”, number 72/23, as the Rulebook on the Approval of Fiscal System Operators. The mentioned rulebook enters into force eight days after its official publication on August 23rd, 2023.
