Entrepreneurs only have a few weeks left to adapt the contract conditions for customers to the new legislation on unpaid or late invoices. ‘If companies don’t do that, they risk not being able to recover any of the costs.’
Consumers who pay an invoice late will soon be better protected. Earlier this year, the House gave the green light to a regulation that should prevent people from having to pay an unreasonable penalty interest or being approached too aggressively by collection agencies.
