Polish Government seeks annulment of CBAM regulation in European Court of Justice

• The Polish government announced that it is asking the General Court of the Court of Justice of the European Union to annul the EU Regulation establishing a carbon border adjustment mechanism.
• This request for annulment is part of two objections to measures of the European Union’s “Fit for 55” package.
