RG 5393 regulates the extended application of the “tax for an inclusive and solidarity Argentina” (Impuesto Para una Argentina Inclusiva y Solidaria, PAIS) to the purchase of foreign currency for the payment for imported goods and services introduced by Decree 377/2023. RG 5393 is effective as from the date of publication.
