On July 24, Decree 377/2023 was published in the Official Gazette, which introduces modifications to Decree No. 99/2019 “Regulation of the law of social solidarity and productive reactivation”, incorporating new operations for the purchase of foreign currency for the payment of obligations, which will be covered as of today by the Tax for an Inclusive and Solidarity Argentina (PAIS Tax, as per its acronym in Spanish).
