Poland B2B KSeF E-Invoices July 2024 – Sejm Passes Legislation

The Polish Sejm has overturned a proposed amendment by the upper house, the Senate, to block the July 2024 implementation of KSeF B2B e-invoicing. The Senate objection was based on the proposals not receiving full public consultation.
