The head office of the DPS in the Odesa region informs that according to clause 197.15 of Art. 197 of the Tax Code of Ukraine (as amended, hereinafter referred to as the Tax Code), transactions related to the supply of construction and installation works for the construction of affordable housing and housing built with state funds are exempt from VAT taxation.
