When the planned amendments to the VAT Act (pending approval in the Parliament) come into effect, United Kingdom (UK) entrepreneurs will be able to decide whether they wish to use a tax representative (an intermediary) when registering in Estonia for applying the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS).
