The purchase of alcohol, which will be served to employees during customary Christmas celebrations, is indirectly related to the performance of taxable activities. Therefore, the entrepreneur may deduct input tax from the invoice documenting such a purchase, ruled the Provincial Administrative Court in Poznań.
