The bill does not change the scope of the current reduced VAT rate on supplies of works of art. State Secretary Van Rij sends the note in response to the report on the proposal for a law amending the Sales Tax Act 1968 in connection with an adjustment of the supplementary regulation for antiques, art and collectibles and virtual services.
