The sale of commercial real estate, together with additional assets used to conduct a specific business activity, may cause diametrically different effects in terms of VAT taxation, depending on the qualification of the subject of the transaction as a good or an enterprise/its organized part. The sale of an enterprise/organized part of an enterprise is not subject to VAT.
