- The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority in KSA has announced the companies that are required to integrate e-Invoice in phase 2, based on their revenue subject to value added tax.
- The first wave of taxpayers with an annual turnover above SAR 3 billion are required to integrate e-Invoice from January 2023.
- The second wave of taxpayers with a turnover above SAR 500 million will be required to integrate e-Invoice from July 2023.
- The third wave of taxpayers with an annual income above SAR 250 million will be required to integrate e-Invoice from October 2023.
- The fourth wave of taxpayers with an annual income between SAR 150 million and SAR 250 million will be required to integrate e-Invoice from November 2023.
- The fifth wave of taxpayers with an annual income between SAR 100 million and SAR 150 million will be required to issue e-invoices from December 2023.
