The government’s bill introducing the obligation to issue invoices via the National e-Invoice System has been submitted to the Sejm. E-invoicing will be required from July 2024. Until then, the use of KSeF is to be voluntary. The new invoicing system is to make it easier for entrepreneurs to run a business and accelerate the digitization of the public sector.
