The Polish government has adopted the National E-invoice System (KSeF) draft legislation with the objective of accelerating digital transformation.
KSeF e-invoicing has been available for Polish taxpayers voluntarily since January 2022. The obligation to issue e-invoices will be effective on July 1, 2024.
