I am selling to a foreign contractor. Should the invoice also be issued in the KSeF system?
Yes, invoices for foreign recipients will also have to be issued using this system. On the other hand, sending the invoice to the recipient will take place outside the KSeF system and will be the responsibility of the issuer.
