The circle of rural housewives has no legal possibility to deduct VAT charged on the basis of invoices and bills confirming purchases made as part of the created projects. The purchased goods and services will not be used to perform activities subject to VAT, and the association itself has not been registered as an active VAT payer. This is confirmed by the director of KIS.
