On Tuesday May 9, 2023, the government adopted a draft regulation introducing the mandatory use of e-invoices from July next year. Until then, the use of the National e-Invoice System is to be voluntary. The new invoicing system is to make it easier for entrepreneurs to run a business and accelerate the digitization of the public sector.
