Mandatory B2B e-Invoicing in Poland: July 1, 2024
The Polish Ministry of Finance has issued a statement with changes to the KSeF system postponing the implementation date of the B2B invoice in the country to July 1, 2024. All invoices issued will have to be declared through a central platform called the National Electronic Invoice System – KSeF.
