The Income Tax Acts in relation to VAT contain a basic rule according to which the tax on goods and services is excluded from the category of tax costs. However, the legislator provided for a few exceptions to this general rule. Thanks to this, in statutory circumstances, entrepreneurs have the right to recognize input and output VAT as company tax costs.
