The Ministry of Finance proposes to reduce the VAT tax rate by 2% for all goods and services subject to a 10% tax rate (from 10% to 8%) in 2023; and to reduce the percentage used to calculate the VAT tax for businesses (including households and individuals doing business) by 20% when issuing invoices for all goods and services subject to a 10% VAT tax rate.
