Local government units and entities established by them, such as cultural institutions or municipal companies, may form VAT groups. The fiscal receipts will show the data of the group, not its individual members. The tax office has issued such a favorable interpretation. As a VAT payer, the Group is bound by the general rules regarding the use of cash registers.
