On 3 April 2023, the OECD Forum on Tax Administration (FTA) released Communication and Engagement with SMEs: Supporting SMEs to Get Tax Right, a report that examines communication strategies that tax authorities can use to assist small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurs (SMEs) in complying with their tax obligations. The report covers a range of tools and channels that tax authorities can use in communicating and engaging with SMEs.
