The BIR has issued a memorandum circular vide RMC No. 38-2023 dated 23rd March 2023 has published the BIR priority programs and projects to improve tax administration in below areas:
- Taxpayer Services like VAT refund, Compliance, etc.,
- Audit and Enforcement Program like RATE, Oplan, etc.,
- BIR Digital Transformation
