The decision of 24 May 2017 ( UN 2017/29.14 ) on the reverse charge for telecommunications services will lapse on 17 March 2023. This has been decided by the State Secretary for Finance.
The reason for this is that the Decree has lost its importance, because the reverse charge mechanism for telecommunications services has been included in art. 24ba paragraph 1 part h Uitv.deci. ob 1968.
