A list of works of art, the import of which is exempt from VAT when imported by non-state museums, was approved by Order of the Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 14, 2023 No. 76, Uchet.kz reports .
The VAT exemption comes into effect from March 26, 2023 and is valid until January 1, 2026.
