The Main Directorate of the DPS in the Ivano-Frankivsk region informs that from April 1, 2023, the order of the Ministry of Finance dated December 28, 2022 No. 463 “On Amendments to Certain Regulatory Acts of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine”, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 11, 2023, will enter into force. year under No. 60/39116 (with changes) (hereinafter referred to as Ministry of Finance order No. 463).
In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Finance No. 463 in the new edition, the forms of the tax invoice, tax declaration on value added tax and the detailed calculation of tax liabilities on value added tax have been approved.
