Conducting damage claim proceedings in one’s own interest does not qualify as an economic activity

The Amsterdam Court of Appeal ruled that X bv does not carry out any economic activity by investigating fraud and conducting damage claim proceedings. There is also no direct connection with a previous or other economic activity.
