State Secretary Van Rij of Finance has answered the questions from the standing committee for Finance about the report ‘VAT on cross-border services; Enforcement by the Tax and Customs Administration’ of the Court of Audit. This shows that the temporary facility for the OSS system will be replaced by a future-proof facility by December 2023 at the latest.
