The legislative proposal for the Implementation of Small Businesses Regulations Act has been submitted. The implementation must be completed no later than December 31, 2024 for the changes associated with the implementation to apply from January 1, 2025. The bill provides that from 1 January 2025 it will be possible to apply the small business scheme in other Member States.
