Following the Ministerial Decisions on which criteria and conditions for electronic commerce for record keeping of the supplies made, the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) has issued a public clarification VATP033 guide of the approved amendments for the Emirate Reporting. VATP033 covers reporting guideline for taxable e-commerce registrants on the reporting of standard rates supply. In addition, taxable e-commerce registrants are required to track and keep records of supply made from and to each Emirates.
