The Sejm adopted an amendment to the provisions on administrative enforcement. The changes are intended to affect VAT settlements on foreign transactions and taxpayers who do not pay taxes, but also other issues. Now they will be dealt with by the Senate, but if they come into force, it will be easier to lose reliefs and the ability to pay overdue taxes in installments.
