Making the apartment available to the managing entity may not benefit from a reduced VAT rate

The investment model, popular in recent years, assumed that investors purchased real estate (commonly referred to as apartments) in apartment and hotel complexes built in attractive tourist locations. In the adopted business model, the owners of such properties faced the problem of determining the method of VAT taxation for the act of making their property available to the operator of such an apartment and hotel complex.
