Bolivia’s National Tax Service (SIN) has mandated the use of the Sistema De Facturacion Electronica (SFE) for electronic invoicing as of December 1, 2021. Due to the COVID-19 situation, the SFE e-invoice rollout had been put on hold in May 2021. 4,000 companies will sign up for the mandate to start using electronic invoices on February 1, 2023.
