You can now obtain a certificate of validity for a European VAT number via MyMinfin. With MyMinfin you can easily follow up and consult your requests.
It is still possible to request a certificate by e-mail or telephone, but we give priority to applications submitted via MyMinfin. In time, MyMinfin will be the only channel to submit an application.

Are you a mandate holder?
To access this function in MyMinfin, your company must have an active VAT mandate on behalf of your client.
As an employee of the mandating company, you must be authorized for the VAT formalities of the clients and have been assigned the role ‘FPS Fin Mandate executor / Mandate Executor VAT’ via the application ‘ My eGov role management(This hyperlink opens a new window)‘.
