With regard to trade in goods with Singapore, the “registered exporter” system instead of the “approved exporter” system will apply to EU exporters from 1 January 2023.

Importers in Singapore have to apply for tariff preference using declarations of origin made out by EU-registered exporters with their REX number since 1 January 2023.
