Prison sentence for pivotal role in VAT carousel fraud and large-scale tax fraud

The criminal division of the Overijssel District Court ruled that X carried out and coordinated the chain in which the VAT carousel fraud took place and in which A BV participated. X also had incorrect VAT returns submitted.
