Among others, a new section is created in the taxation of savings income in personal income tax, a reduced tax is established for entities with a net amount of turnover of less than 1 million euros and the rule of effective use is limited to determine the location of certain services in VAT and in the Canary Islands Indirect General Tax (IGIC). In addition, a new temporary special tax regime is regulated for the Balearic Islands.
