The Initiative led by MDEC with the support of the Ministry of Communications and Multimedia Malaysia, aims to drive the country’s digitalisation agenda in line with the Malaysian Digital Economy Action Plan (MyDIGITAL) and the National ECommerce Strategic Roadmap 2.0 (NESR). The collaboration between MDEC and IRBM is in line with the aspirations of the 12th Malaysia Plan 2021-2025 (12MP) which aims to strengthen the digital service infrastructure and digitalise the tax administration to improve tax collection and the quality of services offered by tax administrators.
