As at 19 December 2022, the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) has extended the due date for public feedback on the proposed replacement determination to govern the issuing of all goods and services tax (GST) recipient created tax invoices (RCTIs).
Affected taxpayers and other stakeholders now have until 31 January 2023 to provide feedback to the ATO.
